Deck Modules

Thermowood deck modules are an excellent solution for building a deck yourself. The modules are easy to install and can be combined to create a unique solution for your outdoor space. Backdek deck modules are patented.

INSTALLATION

To install a thermowood modular deck, you will need a cordless drill, measuring tape, and a spirit level. The deck module comes with the necessary fasteners. The deck can be installed on deck feet (supports), blocks, a strong, permanent base, or posts.

If you decide to install the deck on Solidor's adjustable deck feet, attach the deck feet to the base frame using screws.

Attach the deck feet in such a way that the deck feet on the side, where the next deck module will be added, are on the outer side of the module. This allows the next deck module to be supported by the top plate of the deck foot.

Place the first deck module in position and check if the module is level. If necessary, adjust the deck feet.

Attach the deck feet of the second deck module to one side, as the outer deck feet of the first deck module will also support the second deck module on the contact side.

Attach the deck module to the first deck module using the included special fastening clips.

Attach the feet of the last deck module to one side, ensuring they do not extend beyond the outer edge. This way, they will not protrude outside the deck after installation.

Attach the deck module to the previous deck module using the included special fastening clips, and the deck is ready for use.
